We are actively looking for a working student to support our Technical Writing team at the Automotive Center of Excellence in Ettlingen, close to Karlsruhe, Germany. The position will require on-site presence and the ability to commute to Ettlingen.What You Can ExpectYou will support the team for the end-to-end product documentation process, from kick-off up to the publication stage for a full range of customer documents for our Automotive Ethernet products and related software. You will closely work together with ASIC Design, Software and Systems Engineering to gather product design and behavioral information. In addition, you will work with our Customer Support and Application Engineering to continuously improve customer experience. We are looking for a team player with writing talent who can contribute to the authoring quality of our technical content delivered to customers.Documentation development responsibilities include: - Collaborating with international content providers - Data collection and integration - Writing, editing, revising and graphical representationWhat We're Looking For - You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student of Communication and Media Management, English/Technical Communications, Engineering/Computer Science or a similar field at a German university. - A talent in writing, editing, an eye for accuracy, and attention to detail. - Excellent oral and written knowledge of English. - Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and interact with content providers. - An aptitude for learning new technologies, tools/applications, and processes. - Quick learner of technical content and concepts in the field of networking and silicon/ASIC design. - Result driven with a winning, positive attitude.
