IT Administrator (f/m/d)

• Maintain the system infrastructure of the research group, e.g., administrating our Linux computer cluster;
• Coordinate the procurement and installation of new hardware;
• Set up and maintain user accounts of our systems;
• Act as the group’s IT representative when coordinating with central IT administration of the university.

Persönliche Qualifikation

• You have a bachelor degree or comparable training as an IT specialist for system administration.
• You have knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS operating systems.
• Previous experience in managing small-scale Linux-based GPU clusters is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English to communicate with our international colleagues and partners.
• You are willing to independently learn about new subjects as needed for the job.

Salary

Salary category 11 TV-L, depending on the fulfillment of professional and personal requirements.
