The Team:
The Celonis Executive Briefing Center (EBC) is the next-generation hub for executive engagements at Celonis that deliver exclusive & extraordinary experiences around our Celonis platform to C-suite profile audience. As the winner of the Best New Executive Briefing Center Program globally, from the Association of Briefing Managers, we as a team pride ourselves in being a key contributor to making executive engagements a success. The goal of the Executive Briefing is to create impactful peaks in the journey with our customers, which eventually translate to long-term, sustainable value for all stakeholders.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Briefing Center Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the management and execution of executive briefings for key clients, stakeholders, and partners. You will work closely with the Executive Briefing Center team to ensure smooth operations, assist with content preparation, and help create memorable, impactful experiences for guests.

The work you’ll do:
Work with senior leadership, sales, marketing and other parts of the company to create, plan and execute highly impactful customer experiences
Help coordinate the logistical aspects of briefings, including scheduling, room setup, catering arrangements, and ensuring the smooth execution of events
Assist with the maintenance of meeting content and event documentation. Help analyze feedback from briefings to support continuous improvement
Support ongoing projects, like the creation of a dining and demo experience in our customer innovation area in the Munich HQ
Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to use your creativity and innovation to launch the "Carbon Neutral EBC" project, contributing to our sustainability initiatives

The qualifications you need:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or a related field
Be coachable, competitive, have intellectual curiosity
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including high-level communications with internal and external contacts
