Description

Der Informatik Studiengangservice (ISS) unter der Leitung von Dr.-Ing. Ioana Gheta sucht ab sofort eine studentische Hilfskraft (m/w/d). Die Arbeitszeit beträgt ca. 5 Stunden pro Woche und kann in Absprache erhöht werden.

Sie unterstützen uns bei
• Verwaltungstätigkeiten für Studium und Lehre im Bereich des Informatik Studiengangservice
• der operativen und administrative Arbeit des Informatik Studiengangservice
• Pflege unserer Ablage & Datenbanken

Sie bringen mit:
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen (Word, Excel). Mac-OS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Bedingung.
• Selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
