Position number 110885
Job vacancy: From now on

Description

About us:
The Building Science and Technology Group (website) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is an interdisciplinary team focus on building physics and technical building equipment at the faculty of architecture.

About the position:
The BST group is looking for a student assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will be part of the ongoing DFG-funded research project "MuDoCo – Multi-domain comfort models", which aims to significantly improve the understanding of cross-domain effects and interactions in multi-sensory perception through laboratory experiments. At KIT, the primary focus of the project is on thermal-visual environmental stimuli.

As a student assistant, you will actively contribute to the experiment’s implementation in our climate chamber, performing data collection and cleaning, and assisting with organizational tasks.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an interdisciplinary research team and gain hands-on experience in experimental and data-driven research. We offer a flexible working contract of up to 40 hours per month. Early applicants can start as soon as March 2025.
