We support all business units and global functions of the DHL Group with management consulting services, working closely with the top management of the corporation. Our projects cover a wide range of consulting topics, from strategy and finance to IT and HR, as well as operational and other functions.
In addition, we selectively advise external clients, including globally leading companies from various industries, in the area of strategic supply chain management.

Who are we looking for?
Our employees are our most important success factor. Therefore, we are looking for open-minded and creative individuals who can contribute fresh ideas to transform the business of the DHL Group. Our 130 consultants, with diverse personal and professional backgrounds, work at our three locations in Germany, Singapore, and the USA. In our headquarters in Bonn, over 100 management consultants and data scientists from around the world are employed. Nearly half of our team has an international background, which is why we communicate primarily in English.

After you submit your application online, we will review your qualifications. We will reach out to some of you to request additional documents. The next step is an online assessment. If we would like to get to know you personally, we will invite you to one of our recruiting days, where you can participate in a series of one-on-one interviews. If we are impressed by your performance during the recruiting day, we will offer you a contract at the end of the day.
