The Team:
The Platform Infrastructure team builds and scales the cloud platform that Celonis runs on, across multiple Kubernetes clusters and multiple cloud providers. You’ll get to sharpen your skills on the latest tech stack in the areas of DevOps tooling, CICD, Containerization, Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure.

The Role:
As a student in the Platform Infrastructure (PI) team, you will gain experience in building, scaling and operating the cloud infrastructure for Celonis, the market leader in process mining and learn from the best platform engineers. You will work hands-on with Cloud Native tooling, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies. You will also work with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and manage cloud infrastructure.

You will work in one or more of these areas:
Enhancing platform’s reliability, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with platform users to improve developer experience.
Support the integration of AI capabilities into platform tooling and operations.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using software engineering practices and Cloud Native tools such as Terraform, ArgoCD and Crossplane.

The qualifications you need:
Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar program.
Foundational programming experience with either Golang or Python.
Good understanding of Linux fundamentals.
Familiarity with containerization concepts (e.g., Docker).
Familiarity with Kubernetes is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience with any major cloud provider (GCP, Azure, AWS) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
