Description

We’re seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to manage our HubSpot platform, ensure smooth data integration (especially with Salesforce), and support campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize HubSpot, ensuring reliable integrations and system performance.

- Develop and maintain integrations with business systems to enable seamless data flow.

- Collaborate with Sales, Data, and Systems teams to align lead processes and campaign goals.

- Build and refine automations for campaigns, webinars, and lead nurturing.

- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across marketing systems.

- Identify opportunities to improve and automate workflows.

- Stay current with MarTech trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot; basic Salesforce knowledge.

- Understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and marketing lifecycle.

- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.

- Proficient in English; German/Bulgarian is a plus.
