What you'll do
You will be supporting the team and work on approaches to further improve the teams’ operations and the customer experience during the engagement with the S.Factory Team.

The tasks comprise, but are not limited to:
Setting up and managing video streaming platforms and equipment
Managing our internal SharePoint page
Maintain and organize knowledge-sharing documents to facilitate internal collaboration
Administer other internal communication channels to streamline information flow across departments
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project status reports
Execution of own smaller projects

Preferred start date: asap, duration: 6 months

What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: business engineering, computer science, business administration and economics
Computer skills: MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Language skills: fluent in German & English
Soft skills: team player, self-driven, organized, proactive
Others: prior experience with SAP Supply Chain Management solutions beneficial
